Regulations
- The athlete is liable for accidents, theft and other harms or damages, caused by him/herself.
- Your race number is not transferable.
- By accepting your race number you declare bindingly that there are no health risks speaking against participation in your race.
- Being accompanied by a cyclist is forbidden and will lead to disqualification.
- It is forbidden to use Nordic Walking poles or hiking poles in the following competitions: Marathon, Half marathon and 10km Road Race.
- In case of a cancellation of the event caused by the act of nature beyond control paid entry fees will not be refunded.
Waiver and release statement:In case of my participation at the “Schwarzwald-Marathon” I accept the waiver and release statement of the organisers against damages and injuries of all kind. I will neither asset claims against the organisers or the sponsors of the race nor the City of Bräunlingen, City of Huefingen or the owners of the roads and trails or anyone entitled to act on their behalf in case of damages or injuries caused by participation in the race. I attest that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained. I give permission for the free use of my name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising promotion or other account of this event. I attest that my year of birth stated is correct and that I will not give my race number to any other person.
I know that I will be disqualified if I make modifications to the official race number or if I am accompanied by other persons for example by bicycle.
